INSAMER’s researcher Sueda Nur Çokadar made a webinar presentation on the title “Would humanitarian aid be neutral?”. During the presentation Çokadar explained the development of the humanitarian aid sector and the principled discussions in humanitarian aid, the program was completed with the question and answer section.
