Prime Minister Ersin Tatar won Sunday's presidential runoff in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) with 51.69% of the votes, unofficial results showed. Incumbent Mustafa Akinci, who run independently, bagged 62,910 votes for 48.31%.
