INSAMER successfully completed the Crisis Workshop Fall 2018 which was participated with great interest by university students. In the 4th crisis workshop, INSAMER researchers delivered various presentations on regional, local, and thematic dimension, especially related to humanitarian crisis. In the first week, Burak Çalışkan and Ayşe Hümeyra Kutluoğlu Karayel talked about the humanitarian and political dimensions of the Syrian crisis. In the second week, Selim Vatandaş and Serhat Orakçı evaluated the political dynamics in Europe and Africa, and made predictions on the region. In the third week, Zülfiye Zeynep Bakır and Riad Domazeti compared the political dimension of the East and West. While Zülfiye Zeynep Bakır discussed about Europe's "West" construction, Riad Domazeti talked about the Yemen crisis. The Crisis Workshop Fall 2018 was completed in the fourth week with the presentation of Emin Emin, titled "the Balkans between Integration and Division". At the end of the event INSAMER coordinator Dr. Ahmet Emin Dag handed presented certificates to the participants.
