The Afghan government and the Afghan Humanitarian Relief Community requested 430 million USD aid for 2018 in order to help needy people in Afghanistan. 2.8 million people would be provided health, food, drinking water and hygiene with this amount of aid. As a result of repatriation process, 700,000 Afghan refugees returned from Pakistan in 2017, while 400,000 displaced due to internal conflicts in Afghanistan.
