It is claimed that a militia group called as “Serbian Honour”  was established in Republika Srpska, one of the two entities of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and that the paramilitaries trained in Russia take the lead of that group. It was also claimed that this group was formed by Milorad Dodik, the leader of Republika Srpska. Dragan Mektic, Bosnia and Herzegovina's Security Minister, said that the intelligence services are aware of the presence and activities of this militia. Mektic also stated that the authorities had prepared a report to appeal the case to the prosecutor's office and didn’t give any further information.
