Russia is capable of blocking the Azov Sea for any Ukrainian ship in minutes, said the Russian senator, member of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation, Franz Klintsevich, commenting on the detention of 15 ships by the State Border Service of Ukraine for illegal calls to the Crimean ports.
