Sudan's transitional government has signed a peace deal with rebel groups in South Sudan's capital Juba. While two rebel fractions refused to sign the deal five other groups signed the deal including JEM and SLA. The deal ending the 17-year conflict in Darfur and southern Sudan means rebel groups will integrate to the transitional government and Sudan military.
