At the US-convened summit between the Kosovo and Serbian delegations in Washington at 4th of September, an "economic normalization" agreement between Kosovo and Serbia was signed by Kosovo Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and US President Donald Trump. Contrary to the development of economic relations between the two countries in the agreement, the most striking decisions were the development of relations with Israel and the transfer of the Israeli Embassies of Kosovo and Serbia to Jerusalem.
