The Constitutional Court of Kosovo annulled the vote used by MP Etem Arifi for the government of Avdullah Hoti. The decision marks the fall of the government of Kosovo. With this decision, the Constitutional Court ordered Acting President Vjosa Osmani to announce early elections within 40 days. 9 judges of the Constitutional Court unanimously decided that vote of Arifi should be declared invalid.
