India's Army Chief General Bipin Rawat has been protested in front of the Jammu and Kashmir state assembly, following his allegations of radicalization of young Kashmiris through social media and in the state schools. He also has stated in his speech on 12th January, mosques and madrasas should be under scrutiny and there is an urgent need to an overall reform in education system of the J&K.
