INSAMER and UDEF are holding a 4-week reading seminar on East Turkestan to better understand its history, culture and social structure with the participation of prominent academics. The 4-week program will focus on the East Turkestan history, East Turkestan and Turkey relations, history of the Kashgar State, and China's assimilation policy to the Uighurs.
