The Islamic State (IS) group has made a deadly resurgence after claiming responsibility for a twin suicide bomb attack in central Baghdad on Thursday that killed at least 32 people and wounded more than 110. A tweet by the Iraqi defense ministry spokesman, Yehia Rasool, appeared to indicate that the attackers were being pursued by security forces before they conducted their attack.
