Total Covid-19 cases in the African continent has reached 100.000 limit while deaths has reached 3.000 level. So far, South Africa, Egypt, Algeria, Morocco, Nigeria, Ghana and Cameroon are being the most-affected countries from the pandemic. After strickly implemented lockdowns across the continent, now, some countries show signs of easing the restrictions.
