Causes and Consequences of Crimes Committed Against Humanity Over the Balkans

INSAMER’s Balkans Researcher Emin Emin made a presentation on “The Causes and Consequences of Crimes Committed against Humanity over the Balkans” in the panel titled “Evaluation of Crimes Against Humanity over Caucasus and Balkans” organized by Ankara Faculty of Law Direction Society. In his presentation, Emin detailed the background of the crimes committed by Serbs in Bosnia-Herzegovina and Kosovo, and the politics of the decisions taken by international legal institutions, especially the differences in the trial process.
